As Posted on Project-Silvermoon.net:

The MangosScript.dll is compiled from SD2 source code.
NOT Mangos. You'll need DB support in order to use it.
Change: From here on out I'll only supply SQL updates.
That way it won't break and PSDB Scripting.

Note: If you use this in conjunction with the Project Silvermoon DB,
remember to install PSDB first, then run the SD2 updates.

Note 2: (Regarding Updates.) Remember, if you're updating an existing DB:
Make sure to update in order. Check which version you have by looking in
db_version tables. (db_version & character_db_version.)
